I like to call myself a Realtor with real world experience of being both a buyer and seller many times over. After working in the corporate world in senior marketing management roles for over 20 years I decided to follow my passion and take the plunge into real estate where I could use my customer centric philosophy and apply my project management and negotiation skills to find the best solution for my clients. Whether its buying your first home or buying an investment property I have been there personally so I understand your nervousness and excitement. Whether its needing to sell your home in a hurry or waiting for the right time to sell your home and get a higher price, I have been there too so I understand your anxiety and second-guessing. In the last 23 years I have lived in Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and Milton. As a mother of two boys and a dog, and a wife to a busy fellow corporate workoholic, I have personally enjoyed what these towns and cities have to offer to a growing and busy family. I love dogs and spend a lot of time outdoors enjoying nature and trails, which GTA has plenty of. Despite two MBA degrees, I consider myself a life long learner and love taking on extra courses in my free time - whether its parenting, or veterinary medicine or real estate - and every bit of it helps me better myself so I can serve my clients the best I can.

I ve been using Home Optima app for about 4 years now. If I have to describe the app, I would say 1. Very user friendly, 2. Very comprehensive in terms of qlm the relevant information for the buyers 3. Great responsive back office team. 4. Most importantly they do not pressure you into any sales or buying. I have recommended this app to alteast 20 of my friends and family. They all are very happy. In thisfield of information is wealth Home Optima is king. I highly recommend Home Optima.
“HomeOptima” is fantastic app. It has all the features you need for your house hunt. What I like most about this app is, it uses real-time data. The people behind this app are highly educated and tech savvy. That is the main reason why this app is so useful. I would highly recommend this app. You will not only get your dream home but you will win a friend for life.
Best app I’ve used to search for a home, by far. Very easy to use and is kept up to date with the latest homes every day, whether for sale or sold. Met an Amazing real estate agent as well!!!! (They just updated the app even better now! Awesome job!!!!).
This app is very easy to use, it has a very clean design, and the prices are very accurate. The pictures are very HD, and the app has tons of information on the properties. This app not only sold me house, but also gave me an AMAZING agent who helped me soooo much!
I have been using this app for almost 2 years now and I am very happy with the experience. Recently they added a new feature, My Home; which I find very helpful.
Found using the home optima app was great. It helped me see what homes were out there and there prices. Also was able to connect to a great agent Ashish Saxena who was great in helping us sell and buy our new home. Thank you for everything. Devon Fenton.
The best app out there! If you are looking for the most objective and relevant home search tool - that’s the one! I tried them all while looking for a home to purchase. Timely and relevant listings, extensive details and research tools to review neighborhoods but most importantly, there is a team of amazing professionals behind it. Ashish provided me with the best first time home buyer experience that one can hope for! I never write reviews but feel compelled to say THANK YOU.
It’s functionality and useability is far above the official Realtor app. Particularly useful “extras” are the listing history and comparative prices. A tab for “favourites” lets you track properties you are interested in. New features keep getting added from time to time. Take pricing estimates with a grain of salt, especially in country areas (too many variables make it hard to compare) or areas with significant redevelopment (old vs new buildings with different prices).
